"Science Exposed" at ASU

My participation in the collaboration between the Herberger Design and Arts Corps and the Biodesign Institute at Arizona State University last April was well-documented by the local press. Please follow the following links for more information:

"Voyagers" Piano Concerto

Prior to the premiere of my piano concerto, editor Mark Richens of the local newspaper Memphis Commercial Appeal ran a nice story on the work, including background information on the interesting circumstances that led to the performance.

"The pianist noted that 'Voyagers' gives equal weight to the featured piano, with technically demanding cadenzas — and to the orchestra, with woodwinds and strings engaged in an ongoing dialogue with the soloist."

“It’s a fresh sound, I think ... people will really enjoy it. Everyone can relate to it.”
